SM Clark, Located at MA Roxas Ave., CFZ(ClarkFreeport Zone) Angeles City, Phils. It’s the 2nd S.M. in Pampanga, first SM Pampanga which is located at Mexico, Pampanga. Owned by Henry Sy, Sr..Measuring 17 hectares with a total 100,000 sq. meters. And you bet, there’s SM Department Store and Hypermarket, SM Cinemas and the undying Ace Hardware. There are also 300 other shops including dining stalls. There was a rumor that Mr. Sy is planning to extend a 500 Million Pesos project on SM Clark that might eat all the 5.5 hectares space of the parking lot. There will be a Premier Central, which is the property development arm of SM group malls. It probably needs 2000 workers to complete the expansion. It was said that the plan for its completion is on 2009-2010 and it’s almost 2011 now, still no expansion.
